I stayed in the duplex suite #233, which was finally ready at 5 pm. Our room overlooked the car park but it wasn't a problem as there was a 6-foot hedge nearby. The room was roomy with an average bed, a lovely bathroom, and a nice balcony that caught the morning sun. However, the evening sun was missed out on.

I was pleased with the early room readiness, but the single beds were not ideal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well serviced, although the coffee sachets were lacking. The service, except for Corda Cafe and the gym staff, was incredibly polite and helpful. The resort's location right on Falésia beach in Algarve was great, but the noise from the delivery area was a drawback. The dining experience was efficient but chaotic at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor issues.
